Venue

The conference will take place at Domaine Lou Capitelle (Vogüé, Ardèche) in heart of Ardeche valley. Acomodation and meals are included in the registration fees.

Domaine Lou Capitelle & SPA, 4 Star Holiday Club in Southern Ardeche, welcomes you in an exceptional setting. Nested between the Ardeche River and the cliffs, it extends over 7 hectares of shady and flower gardens, facing the village of Vogüé. Vogüé, the point of departure of the great Ardeche Gorges is ranked among « Villages with outstanding character ».

It encompasses a spa and wellness center accessible during the conference. it is a 400 m² relaxation area and spa set in a peaceful pine forest with breathtaking views of the village of Vogüé and its cliffs. The facilities include an indoor pool area with whirlpool bath, hydromassage jets and jacuzzi.

Access

Conference site is accessible by train from "Montelimar Gare" and "Valence TGV" railway station. A free shuttle service will be operated from the train stations to/from the conference venue.

On May 15, it will start from "Valence TGV" at 11:20 and from "Montelimar Gare" at 12:30. On May 17, the shuttle will leave Domaine Lou Capitelle at 13:00.
